2. Cancellation Before Activation

If approved, no refund will be processed.

3. No Refund After Service Activation

Once a paid service has been:

Published
Activated
Featured
Promoted
Delivered

the payment becomes non-refundable.

This includes:

Featured listings already displayed
Advertisement campaigns already running
Promotional placements already activated
4. Failed Transactions

If payment is successfully deducted but the purchased service is not activated due to a technical issue, users should contact support within 7 days.

After verification, Agal-Bagal may:

Activate the purchased service, or
Process an appropriate refund

5. Duplicate Payments

If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, duplicate payments may be refunded after verification.

6. User-Requested Account Closure

Closing or deleting an account does not automatically entitle a user to refunds for:

Active advertisements
Premium subscriptions
Featured listings
Promotional services
7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing may take:

7 to 10 business days

depending on banks, card issuers, payment gateways, or financial institutions.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact Agal-Bagal support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide transaction records and service usage information to payment processors, banks, or dispute resolution authorities.

9. Modification of Services

Agal-Bagal reserves the right to modify, discontinue, suspend, or replace paid services at any time.
